Ordering and Policies

And now, a few words about our policies and ordering . . .

All orders are to be prepaid in full.

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for completion of your order. We return ship via Registered U.S. Mail. Shipping and handling is included with your order.

Print out and fill in and sign the Order Request Form and send to us along with your payment (check or money order) and cremains. Once we receive your Order Request we will mail you a copy with a Registration Number and an approximate date of delivery. If paying with VISA or MasterCard, we will contact you for your credit card information

All cremated ash in our possession is treated with respect; we take great care to protect each request individually. The cremains we receive for your order are given an individual Registration Number to ensure that your ashes are accounted for through-out the formulation process. The cremains we receive for your order are made into Opal Ash Glass™  one at a time and melted singularly in their own crucible. Once melted, we devote ourselves entirely to one order only before proceeding to another. Unused ashes will be returned to you upon request.

Please keep in mind: All Memorial Glass™  items presented in our brochure and website are photographic representations of previous commissions; we work hard to create similar works as seen. Due to the nature of handmade glassmaking, some variations will occur as individual as the loved ones themselves.
